The customer, who may be seeking a life partner for themselves, their son or daughter, or others, accesses and uses the website's services and content. By accessing the website, the customer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
1. Governing Act:
The terms and conditions comply with the Information Technology Act, 2010, and its rules, as well as other statutes governing electronic records. This document is an electronic record that does not require physical or digital signatures. The rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use are published in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.
2. Third-Party / Intermediary:

2.2) The customer also acknowledges and accepts that M/s. Lagnagath is just an intermediary and acts as a platform to enable users to register voluntarily to search for profiles from the database of already registered users of www.lagnagath.in. The purpose of this search is to find prospective lawful matrimonial alliances for themselves, their daughter, or their son. The registered office of Lagnagath, along with its various franchisees/branches, may provide assistance to the customer to create/modify their profile, but the customer must provide correct and truthful information, including a valid phone number and email address.
3. Generic Terms & Conditions:
3.1) The customer agrees and acknowledges that their intention is to seek prospective lawful matrimonial alliances for themselves or any of their family members.
3.2) Prior to becoming a member of www.lagnagath.in, the customer must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
3.3) By accessing and using the services of www.lagnagath.in and the website, the customer has agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions.
3.4) The customer must provide their full legal name, current address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and all other required information to complete the signup process.
3.5) The customer acknowledges and accepts that www.lagnagath.in will use the email address and mobile phone number provided by them as the primary method of communication.
3.6) The customer is responsible for maintaining the security of their password. Lagnagath management cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the customer's failure to maintain the security of their account and password.

3.12) The customer acknowledges and accepts that www.lagnagath.in primarily caters to the community of Indian origin especially certain castes as highlighted on the homepage.
3.13) The customer acknowledges and accepts that registration on www.lagnagath.in requires Aadhar Card and KYC for validation. Registration process cannot be completed and the profile cannot be displayed or authenticated by the Lagnagath admin team without an Aadhar Card.
4. Security Policy
4.1) Lagnagath places great importance on safeguarding the personal information of its customers.
4.2) To ensure the protection of customers' banking details, Lagnagath offers the most effective third-party payment gateway on its website. Customers should refer to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway if they have any doubts.

5. Content Policy
5.1) Lagnagath cannot assure that the information or documents uploaded by other customers on the website will meet your expectations. Lagnagath acts as an "intermediary" between its customers, providing a platform to find lawful and potential alliances. The website only provides a platform that includes various profiles containing information that the customers themselves have provided and uploaded.
6. Interaction and communication with members
6.1) The customer agrees and acknowledges that Lagnagath shall use the e-mail address, phone number, etc. provided by the customer as a medium of communication with the customer.
6.2) The customer agrees and acknowledges that Lagnagath may provide information of additional/new services, and other activities of Lagnagath, etc. by way of e-mail, voice call, recorded call, SMS, etc. The customer agrees and acknowledges that the mobile number provided by the customer is not registered with the "do not disturb" category.
6.3) The customer agrees and acknowledges that immediately after registering with Lagnagath, they have given their full consent to such e-mails, voice calls, recorded calls, SMS, etc. stated hereinabove, and in case of such communication by Lagnagath, the customer shall not make any complaint to any authority. Such voice calls, recorded calls, e-mails, SMS, etc. shall not be treated as promotional calls, etc.
7. Disputes between Members
7.1) The customer acknowledges that Lagnagath cannot be held responsible for any disputes that may arise between members.
7.2) The customer is solely responsible for their actions and communications on the website.
7.3) The customer acknowledges that Lagnagath management and the website are not acting as brokers for any of the customers.
7.4) The customer does not expect Lagnagath or their team members to monitor such disputes and agrees that Lagnagath will not be involved in any such disputes.
7.5) Lagnagath is not obliged to monitor disputes and will not be added as a party to such disputes.
8. Jurisdiction and Law
8.1) The customer registered with Lagnagath and availing any of the services of Lagnagath including the website is deemed to have entered within the territorial jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
18.2) The customer acknowledges and accepts unconditionally that in case of any dispute, or differences, they shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India and shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate court of law in Pune, Maharashtra, India only.
9. Termination/Suspension of Services
9.1) Lagnagath has the right to terminate the customer's membership without notice or reason if they fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions. In case of termination, the customer agrees that any amount paid to Lagnagath will be forfeited.
9.2) Upon termination, the customer's right to use the services of Lagnagath, including the website, will immediately cease.
9.3) This clause will remain in effect even after termination, modification, or expiration of these Terms and Conditions. This means that termination will not release the customer from any obligations arising before such termination.
10. Breach of Trust
10.1) The customer acknowledges that Lagnagath management may take action on their own or upon receiving a complaint from other customers if they find that the customer is using their profile for purposes other than finding a prospective matrimonial alliance, such as seeking physical favors, financial help, or any type of personal relationship other than marriage. If Lagnagath management discovers that the information provided on the customer's profile is untrue, fake, or misleading, Lagnagath management has the right to terminate the customer's membership and deactivate their account/profile without notice.
11. Content Rights
11.1) The customer agrees and acknowledges that www.lagnagath.in is a domain registered in the name of Lagnagath. The customer agrees and accepts that the content appearing on the website, excluding content provided by customers and advertisements, belongs to Lagnagath.
11.2) The customer agrees and acknowledges that they are responsible for the content (options and mandatory) provided by them appearing on the website in their profile including all the posts and communication with other customers. The customer agrees and acknowledges that they alone are the owner of all the content appearing on their profile on the website.
11.3) However, the customer also agrees and acknowledges that they have given consent to Lagnagath to use such content, by submitting such content on the website, to use the same anywhere worldwide. The customer also agrees and acknowledges that such a worldwide license, given to Lagnagath is royalty-free and transferable to any other licensee. The customer also agrees and acknowledges that Lagnagath shall be free to publish, display, advertise such content anywhere, make a public display of the same, distribute the same, etc. The customer also agrees and accepts that Lagnagath, if needed shall provide such content to law enforcement agencies, produce it before a court of law, etc.
11.4) Lagnagath management reserves its rights to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against the customer for infringement of the proprietary rights of Lagnagath. In case proprietary information of Lagnagath is copied, modified, transmitted, published, distributed, used, etc. in any manner whatsoever nature, by the customer, and/or used the same for commercial purposes of any nature, in such case, Lagnagath reserves its rights to take appropriate legal action against such customer.
11.5) The customer also agrees that the content provided by them, if required, shall be deleted by Lagnagath, without any notice which might be offensive, harmful, illegal, defamatory, obscene, or against public policy.
11.6) Customers who are registered on www.lagnagath.in will be receiving all types of communications via SMS, email, WhatsApp messages, and voice calls.below point 8
